The Tax Transmittals approval format will be sorted as requested. The report will be sent electronically via e-mail and can be distributed to each company if requested. The approval format is extremely flexible and is designed to provide notification to all interested parties. Individual “approvals” can be sent with a full report furnished to one e-mail address. The approval reports, tax transmittals and tax statements will be furnished and delivered at a date prior to payment as determined by the client.
We understand that the tax payment process must positively be "error-free", and the "PROPERTY TAX (PTAX)" system validates each step of the process, and contains built-in safeguards.Where possible, we receive electronically transferred information from tax collectors eliminating the opportunity for manual error.
